"Ive been working in the bike industry for over 15 years, and i was dumb enough to accept a position building wheels, even though i knew they had an awful reputation as an employer in the local bike scene. As my title stated, it was by far the absolute worst job ive ever had, and i was a janitor for a hot minute! So, they didnt disappoint in being a terrible work experience. The schedule was never consistent, we went from 12-14 hour days at the end of the month to "make numbers", to the very next week going home after two hours because there was nothing to do. I can assure you that every person who has a hand in building the wheels doesnt ride bike, or for that matter even like bikes. Out of the four wheel builders, i was the only one to even own a bike, let alone be a dedicated lover of bicycles. I was never offered to check out a set of wheels, you dont get deals on any product, they dont recycle, most employees drive huge trucks, and would never think about commuting to work on a bike. and to top it off, all the components are made in china, despite what their logo says. And if youre used to working in an industry job where there is a "shop" atmosphere, say like happy hour on friday, some practical jokes, or a lot of nerdy bike tech discussions about new gear- dont look for that at enve. It feels like more of a "ward". Locals will know what im talking about. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a cool bike industry job, there are lots out there. Cons: absolutely everything else besides a check."

"i wasnt impressed with the amount of internal moving they allowed. ENVE was hiring people with composite degrees and paying them $8.00 an hour. Cons: cant advance"

"The Company gives free T-shirts but overlooks safety. The people are great, the pay is not. HR Manager is not helpful. Typical manufacturing environment. There is always a lot of work to do and time flies."

"This place is a great company to work for, if you enjoy spending a minimum of 10 hours there a day. Also the work schedule is for really early morning birds."

"I would Love to be writing a positive review telling how much I love the shoes but unfortunately that’s not the case. As much as I like the comfort and what they stand for and what you’re supposed to do, I’ve had the souls coming off of mine after the fourth time wearing them. I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with somebody at the company in Arizona and no one will call me back. I have left multiple messages with the receptionist I have sent email, And I have done instant messaging from the website. One week straight and I still have not gotten a response after multiple calls. I have worn them four times and they have started falling apart and no one will contact me to warrantee or repair them. unfortunately! Response::Now you’re just lying! No one ever contacted me! I called every day once and twice a day for a week straight and nobody called me back. The only time I got help is when I called saying I was a vendor looking to buy and sell your product. At that point I got to speak to someone."

"Shoe description states wide, in fact not wide, only medium width. Sized up one size as recommended by Athalonz , still not wide enough. Terrible customer service, I will not recommend Athalonz."

"Started many months ago as bought shoes. Sized as on site, at that time, but came in too small. Emails back & forth so tried larger size. Too small. More emails. Finally just bought new 2 shoes. By this time, site changed sizing to buy 0.5 size bigger.The new pairs fit but were 1.5 sizes bigger. Take to course and their "sock" feature, similar to Ecco's, rubs top of foot. Traction they advertise was very good but cant wear shoes that will rub blister on the top of my foot. I may be the only one in the world who couldn't get the right fit, but I doubt it."
